Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Material
Ensure the rubber mulch is in its original, unopened packaging and secured on the original pallet to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate with a freight carrier to collect the pallet from your curbside or driveway.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and freight fees.
